I am from Inman, Kansas. I graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Sociology degree. I currently reside outside of Peabody, Kansas with my family. The best part of my job is the great patients, the people I work with, and the beautiful work environment.

Always interested in the dental field, I began as a dental assistant in 1990. Since then, I have obtained an RDH degree and began working for McPherson Dental Care in 2007. I also work at the Hillsboro location as well! The most important aspect of my job is educating patients not only on dental care but maintaining overall systemic health. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family involving showing livestock, sports, and working in the family business.

I graduated from Manhattan Area Technical College Dental Hygiene program in 2014, since then has worked in Periodontics and General Dentistry. Receiving the Golden Scaler Award presented by Hu-Friedy is one of my biggest accomplishments. While not practicing dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have two boys, Carson whose 8 years old and our little athlete. Our youngest Oliver is 8 months old and keeps us on our toes. We also have pet Maltese named Izzy and she loves to go on walks. General Dentistry is my favorite because I truly enjoy seeing patients of all ages. I love working in a small community close to where I grew up. I find it very rewarding in educating preventive dentistry and providing optimal dental care to all our patients.
